Ensure that only text is selected for copying, or else the whole of the page will be transferred.\u00a0 You will find that the formatting is retained if you paste into Open Office Writer, (obtainable free on the internet).\u00a0 If you wish to print as an A5 booklet, you will\u00a0 either have to reorganise the pages manually, or use a duplex printer for double-sided printing.\u00a0 This is the best option.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Open Office Writer go to Format<\/strong>– Select\u00a0 Page<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Set Format to A5<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Set orientation to Portrait<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Create an A5 template<\/strong> in Open Office Writer with the following margins, in centimetres:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Left\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1.5\u00a0 Right- 1.5\u00a0 Top\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1.5\u00a0 Bottom\u00a0\u00a0 0.0<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on Footer<\/strong>\u00a0 Set Spacing<\/strong> at 0.80 and Height<\/strong> at 1.2<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to Insert<\/strong> and select numbering<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Save<\/strong> as template with title.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now go to website<\/strong> and the post<\/strong> you wish to print<\/span><\/p>\n

Select<\/strong> just the text, not whole page.\u00a0 Copy<\/strong> into your Open Office Template.<\/span><\/p>\n

To print:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to File- Print- Page Layout<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Click Brochure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Go to General- Properties.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Select double sided printing,<\/strong> if duplex printer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to Basic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Set to Portrait, Single Page\/side, Short Edge.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Print.<\/span><\/p>\n

The booklet cover should be printed separately if you wish it to be more hard-wearing.\u00a0 I use 120gsm for my title page, and 80gsm paper for the main body.\u00a0 The template for this is below.\u00a0 You will need to fill in the front cover with the relevant title.\u00a0 Here is the one I use:
